Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hamburger I use lean or x-lean
  • 1 large egg
  • 3-4 slices bread I use the heels as no one ever eats those
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2-3 Tbsp ketchup
  • ¼ cup cream or evaporated milk
  • 1 onion chopped, optional

Instructions

  • Saute onion in butter, if using. Combine with other ingredients in a large bowl. ( I use my hands to mix everything together, it's just easier).   Place in a baking dish and bake for one hour at 350
