Macaroni and Cheese

Instructions

  • Boil macaroni until soft (do not overcook).  Add to cheese sauce and then add more grated cheese.
  • White/Cheese Sauce:  Melt ½ cube butter into 2 quart sauce pan.  Add enough flour to make a paste.    Stir until combined.  Add half-& half (or milk) stirring until thick.  If making cheese sauce added grated cheese to hot white sauce.
