Lemon Blueberry Bread

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp lemon extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and mix together well.
- Add Vanilla and lemon extract.
- Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour into a large, greased loaf pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes.
