Lemon Blueberry Bread

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp lemon extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and mix together well.
Add Vanilla and lemon extract.
Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Pour into a large, greased loaf pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes.
