Peel potatoes (John left skins on), cut in quarters,
Place in large pot. Cover with water
boil until a fork goes through easily (but not too mushy),
drain,
add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, onion powder, mix with hand mixer,
taste to see if there is enough salt and onion powder (add more a little at a time if needed)
add egg white, mix.
If not creamy enough, add more sour cream. NO MILK IS ADDED TO THIS RECIPE!
Put in fridge until ready to put in crock pot.
spray crock pot with pam,
put in crock pot 2 hours before serving,
crock pot on low, stir only once, add pats of butter.
