Jilli’s Sweet Potatoes

- 5 sweet potatoes
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Topping:
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Peel & cut sweet potatoes into bite size pieces, boil till tender, then mash them.
Add all other ingredients (except for the topping) to the sweet potatoes.
Place into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients and use a pastry blender to make a coarse meal.
Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350º for 35 min.
