Janene’s Simple Chicken Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 1 oz pkg of ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chopped bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 30-32 oz bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray a 9×13" pan with cooking spray. Set aside
- In a large bowl, mix together chicken, sour cream, soup, ranch mix, bacon and cheese.
- Fold in frozen tater tots. Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, until bubbly.
Notes
Can substitute turkey bacon.
You don’t need to thaw the tater tots before adding them to the casserole. You can, but it’s not necessary.
