Idaho Potato Soup
Ingredients
In large pot, melt butter & stir in flour
- ⅔ cup butter
- ⅔ cup flour
Add:
- 7 cups milk
- 4 potatoes cooked, peeled & cubed
- 12 bacon strips cooked & crumbled
- 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Heat until smooth. Simmer 10 min.
