Idaho Potato Soup

Ingredients

In large pot, melt butter & stir in flour

  • cup butter
  • cup flour

Add:

  • 7 cups milk
  • 4 potatoes cooked, peeled & cubed
  • 12 bacon strips cooked & crumbled
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Heat until smooth. Simmer 10 min.
