Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 1-2 pkgs cookies Oreos, Vanilla cream cookies or iced animal crackers
- ½ cup butter
- 2x ½ gallon ice cream anything to go with the cookies, softened
- 12 oz cool whip
- chocolate or caramel ice cream topping
Instructions
- Crush the cookies in food processor or blender.
- melt butter and add to cookies. Use this for the crust on your cake.
- Press 1/2 of cookie crust into 9×13 cake pan
- Top crust with one ice cream
- Spread with another layer of cookie crumbs
- add half the chocolate or caramel topping
- Add final layer of ice cream
- add cool whip topping
- Drizzle remaining chocolate or caramel topping over cool whip.
- Freeze overnight or until firm
