Ibarra Family Sausage Gravy for Biscuits

- 4 cups water
- 1½ cups non-dairy creamer
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 cube butter
Cook sausage in a frying pan. Drain fat.
Boil 3 c water and melt the butter in hot water.
While butter is melting, mix 1 c cold water, creamer, flour, salt, pepper.
Gradually add flour mixture slowly to boiling water and keep stirring it to keep from scorching.
Remove from heat and add sausage.
