Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small jalepeno optional
  • 2 lg roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 4 lg avocados
  • 2 Tbsp lime

Instructions

  • Add onion, jalepeno tomatoes, cilantro, salt & pepper to food processor. Pulse until mixture is chunky. Do not overmix.
  • Add avocado and lime juice. Pulse until desired consistency.
