Gpa Lybbert’s Easy Biscuits

- 3 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Mix dry ingredients first
Then heat heavy whipping cream in microwave for about 45 seconds to 1 min. (cfream needs to reach about 90 degrees F temp)
Add cream to dry ingredients and mix well
Heat oven to 450 degrees
Take scoops of batter and plop onto greased sheet or cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
Cool for 10-12 min. Can butter tops once cooked.
