5 minute Pizza Crust
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup greek yogurt (sour cream works too)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients & mix well.
- Stir in yogurt and mix until combined. It will look dry.
- Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead for about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with additional flour, if needed. Shape into ball & let rest for 5 minutes.
- Roll out, place on pan & Bake @ 450 for 14-16 minutes until golden brown** Do this BEFORE adding toppings.
- Remove from oven, top as desired and bake another 6 to 9 minutes.
Notes
This is a Pampered Chef recipe that I have edited a bit. You can stir 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs into your dry ingredients or 2 tbsp pesto into the yogurt/sour cream and it’s pretty good.
