5 minute Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (sour cream works too)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients & mix well.
  • Stir in yogurt and mix until combined. It will look dry.
  • Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead for about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with additional flour, if needed. Shape into ball & let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Roll out, place on pan & Bake @ 450 for 14-16 minutes until golden brown** Do this BEFORE adding toppings.
  • Remove from oven, top as desired and bake another 6 to 9 minutes.

Notes

This is a Pampered Chef recipe that I have edited a bit. You can stir 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs into your dry ingredients or 2 tbsp pesto into the yogurt/sour cream and it’s pretty good.
