Emily’s Favorite Chicken

- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 can evaporated milk
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- flour
- olive oil
Soak chicken breast in evaporated milk overnight
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat milk-soaked chicken in flour (I usually season my flour with Lawry's seasoning salt) and brown it in a frying pan with Olive Oil.
Place chicken in a baking dish (I usually use a 9X13).
Mix brown sugar and soy sauce together and pour over the chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes and then turn the chicken over. Bake another 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with rice and Teriyaki sauce.
