Emily’s Favorite Chicken

- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 can evaporated milk
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- flour
- olive oil
Instructions
- Soak chicken breast in evaporated milk overnight
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Coat milk-soaked chicken in flour (I usually season my flour with Lawry's seasoning salt) and brown it in a frying pan with Olive Oil.
- Place chicken in a baking dish (I usually use a 9X13).
- Mix brown sugar and soy sauce together and pour over the chicken.
- Bake for 20 minutes and then turn the chicken over. Bake another 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with rice and Teriyaki sauce.
