Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs
COOK MODEIngredients
- 1½ pounds hamburger
- ¾ cup Italian bread crumbs
- ¼ cup chopped parsley fresh if you have it
- 2 cloves minced garlic or 2 tsp dry garlic
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 egg beaten
Instructions
- Mix everything together , shape into balls* and drop into a slow cooker filled with your favorite spaghetti sauce. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- *I pat the hamburger mixture out onto a sheet of waxed paper and cut it using a knife into the desired size that I want. You can roll each cut cubed into more of a ball if you want to, but you don’t have to.
