Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Ingredients

  • pounds hamburger
  • ¾ cup Italian bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley fresh if you have it
  • 2 cloves minced garlic or 2 tsp dry garlic
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  • Mix everything together , shape into balls* and drop into a slow cooker filled with your favorite spaghetti sauce.  Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • *I pat the hamburger mixture out onto a sheet of waxed paper and cut it using a knife into the desired size that I want.  You can roll each cut cubed into more of a ball if you want to, but you don’t have to.
