Easy Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 6 cups spaghetti sauce can use red sauce in sauce section
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 lb mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 lb lasagna noodles

Instructions

  • Brown hamburger, salt and pepper to taste, drain grease.  Add spaghetti sauce and reduce to simmer. 
  • Layer uncooked lasagna noodles into bottom of 15×9 baking dish (or make 2 small ones, freezing one for later). 
  • In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and sour cream – pour ½ over noodles and spread evenly.   Pour ½ hamburger/sauce over sour cream layer and spread evenly, top with ½ of cheese. 
  • Repeat layers ending with cheese.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 350
