Easy Homemade Oreos

Ingredients

Cookie:

  • 2 pkgs Devil's food cake mix
  • 1½ cup Crisco

Mix well.  Roll into tiny balls.  Bake at 350º for 9 min only.  Let stand in pan before removing.

Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup margarine
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well.  Match cookies and frost one side. Sandwich together.

Instructions

  • Makes about 2½ doz.
