Easy Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • cups sour cream
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2-3 cups water
  • ½ onion chopped

Instructions

  • In a large fry pan, cook the hamburger with onion until done. Drain off grease and sprinkle with flour.  Mix well and add enough water to make a thick gravy.  Heat through; lower heat and stir in sour cream and season to taste.  Serve over rice or noodles.
