Easy Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can chicken broth
- 1 egg
- 1 green onion
- ¼ cup frozen peas
Instructions
- Empty can of chicken broth into a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil.
- Crack egg into a bowl and stir with fork. Gradually add to hot broth, stirring constantly.
- Cut up green onion and add to broth.
- Add frozen peas last. Let sit for about 1 min.
- Serve. This is a great soup when you are not feeling well.
