Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing mix
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 thin slices of ham
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/4 can water
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese

Instructions

  •  Preheat oven:350
  • Place chicken in a greased baking pan 9×13.  (I cut chicken breasts in half so it is thinner). Place ½ chicken on bottom.  Place ham on top & swiss cheese on top of ham.  Place remaining chicken on top. 
  • Mix dressing as directed or just add ½ c melted butter.  Place it on top of chicken.  Pour chicken soup on top of dressing.
  • Bake 1 hr.  Cover with aluminum foil last 15 min. to prevent over browning.
