Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

- 1 cup (260 gm) Natural Peanut Butter no sugar added
- ½ cup (168 gm) raw honey
- 2 scoops Chocolate protein powder approx. 2-3 Tbsp
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup (100gm) old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
- 2 Tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
Add the peanut butter, honey, protein powder, salt and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls and place in a container. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
