Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (260 gm) Natural Peanut Butter no sugar added
  • ½ cup (168 gm) raw honey
  • 2 scoops Chocolate protein powder approx. 2-3 Tbsp
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup (100gm) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 2 Tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add the peanut butter, honey, protein powder, salt and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well
  • Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls and place in a container. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
