Crepes

- ¾ cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ¼ Tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt and eggs. Add oil. Stir in milk.
- Pour approximately ¼ c batter into a hot, oiled fry pan. Rotate pan to spread into thin crepe. Cook just until done, about 20 sec. No need to turn the crepe over. Put finished crepes on a plate.
