Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

Use Basic sweet dough recipe

Instructions

  • Let rise and punch down.
  • Roll out to 18×8.
  • Spread with melted butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar (or white sugar) and cinnamon.
  • Roll into log and cut into ½” strips.
  • Place in greased pan and let rise.
  • Bake 12-15 min @ 375.

Glaze-

  • Melt ½ c butter till golden brown.
  • Add ¼ -⅓ c canned milk and 1 tsp vanilla. 
  • Add enough powdered sugar to make soft frosting- a thick glaze.
  •  Drizzle over rolls.
