Cinnamon Cream Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ⅛ cup water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- In a small saucepan combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon. Bring to boiling point over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
- Remove from heat and cool for 10 min.
- Stir in evaporated milk until well-blended.
