Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Mix together and chill:

  • 2 cups cooked and diced chicken
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • ½ cup slivered almonds

Mix together and pour over chicken mix:

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chopped gren onion
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup black olives, chopped

Instructions

  • mix and serve

Notes

I like cashews instead of almonds and I usually don’t put in the olives. this makes a great sanwhich spread.
