Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked pasta (bowtie, shells, rigatoni)
  • 2 cups cooked cubed chicken can use 2 cans of canned chicken
  • 5 stalks celery diced fine
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits drained
  • 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges drained
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise not salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt & dash of pepper

Instructions

  • Cook pasta as directed. Drain
  • Cook chicken if using raw chicken, chill thoroughly
  • Mix chicken, celery, grapes, pineapple, mandarin oranges & pasta in a large bowl.
  • In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt & pepper
  • Mix the dressing mix into the chicken mixture and toss.
  • Chill and serve.
