Chicken Divan

- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1½ lbs frozen broccoli cooked
- ½ cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 can Cream of Celery soup
- ½ cup half and half
- 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Put chicken and broccoli in a buttered casserole dish.
Mix butter and bread crumbs together. Sprinkle on top of chicken and broccoli.
In a saucepan, heat soup, half & half, cheese & lemon juice together. Remove from heat and mix in mayonnaise. Pour sauce over chicken, broccoli.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with rice
