Breakfast Fruit Bowl

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • 1⅓ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar I use agave
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix together and set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine your favorite cut-up fruit, ex:  strawberries, seedless grapes, bananas, kiwi, mango, peaches etc. 
  • Put fruit into individual serving dishes and top each dish with 2 -3 Tbsp of yogurt mixture. 
  • Garnish with favorite granola and dried craisins, dates or currents.
