Balsamic Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼-⅓ yellow onion diced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chicken bouilion
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Carmelize the onion in olive oil. Remove from heat. Drain any excess oil
- Add chicken bouilion & balsamic vinegar. Use this as a rue
- Gradually add heavy whipping cream, keeping the sauce at a simmer-stirring constantly.
- gradually add grated cheese.
Notes
Goes well with ravioli, butternut squash, broccoli or other seasoned veggies.
