Almond Roca Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup soft butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups cake flour
- ½ pkg chocolate chips
- chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar together, then add egg. Add remaining ingredients.
- Spread over a greased and floured jelly roll pan.
- Bake in a 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle it with chocolate chips. When melted, spread and sprinkle nuts on top.
