Char’s Corn Flake Potatoes

- 6 potatoes boiled, peeled & grated
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1½ cups grated sharp cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup green onion, finely chopped
- ½ white onion chopped
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 3-4 Tbsp butter melted
- garlic powder
Mix ingredients all together
place in 13×9 greased casserole dish.
Top with 1 c crushed corn flakes,
drizzle 3-4 Tbsp Melted butter on top of corn flakes
sprinkle a little garlic powder on top.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
