Char’s Corn Flake Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes boiled, peeled & grated
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • cups grated sharp cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ cup green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ white onion chopped
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 3-4 Tbsp butter melted
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients all together
  • place in 13×9 greased casserole dish. 
  • Top with 1 c crushed corn flakes,
  • drizzle 3-4 Tbsp Melted butter on top of corn flakes
  • sprinkle a little garlic powder on top. 
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
