Breakfast Fruit Bowl
Ingredients
- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- 1⅓ cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar I use agave
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix together and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine your favorite cut-up fruit, ex: strawberries, seedless grapes, bananas, kiwi, mango, peaches etc.
- Put fruit into individual serving dishes and top each dish with 2 -3 Tbsp of yogurt mixture.
- Garnish with favorite granola and dried craisins, dates or currents.
