Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • ½ pound Sausage
  • 1 Pkg Crescent Rolls
  • cup grated cheese
  • 4-5 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • dash pepper

Instructions

  • In a skillet cook and stir the sausage until lightly browned and crumbly.
  • If using bacon cook thoroughly and drain off fat
  • Separate crescents and place on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Press together to form crust
  • Spoon cooked meat over crust and sprinkle with cheese.
  • In bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over cheese.
  • Bake at 375 for 20 – 25 minutes.

Notes

Can also sauté onions and green peppers to add to pizza.
