Janessa’s Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • cups plain Greek Yogurt have used A2 Yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ medium cucumber peeled and seeded, chopped
  • 3 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together and season to taste. Can be stored up to three days

Notes

Delicious with vegetables, burgers, pitas or a 7-layer dip.
