Perfect Rice Krispies Treat

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 16 oz marshmallows large
  • 2-3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 10 cups rice krispies

Instructions

  • 1 cube butter melted in microwave for 1 minute
  • Stir in 1-2 tsp vanilla
  • add 16 oz large marshmallows blend and coat, microwave for 1 more minute. Then stir
  • place back in microwave for 1 more minute, then stir again
  • Add 6 cups real rice krispies, stir
  • add 2-3 cups mini marshmallows and blend well
  • Add 4 cups more Rice Krispies and blend well
  • Place in a buttered 9×13 pan
  • If using a cookie sheet double this recipe. Only make one batch at a time otherwise it may not turn out well
