Jalapeno Cheddar Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 cups warm water
  • cup oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • ¼ cup yeast
  • 3 cups shredded cheeses
  • ¾ cup minced jalapenos
  • 2 Tbsp minced dried onions
  • About 15 cups flour

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except flour.
  • Add flour one cup at a time to right consistency
  • Divide into four loaf pans (These are also yummy made into rolls)
  • Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Notes

I like to sprinkle some cheddar cheese on the top of these loaves prior to baking
