Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
Use Basic sweet dough recipe
Instructions
- Let rise and punch down.
- Roll out to 18×8.
- Spread with melted butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar (or white sugar) and cinnamon.
- Roll into log and cut into ½” strips.
- Place in greased pan and let rise.
- Bake 12-15 min @ 375.
Glaze-
- Melt ½ c butter till golden brown.
- Add ¼ -⅓ c canned milk and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Add enough powdered sugar to make soft frosting- a thick glaze.
- Drizzle over rolls.
