Mama’s Good Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup butter
  • cups flour
  • cups brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • cup nuts optional

Instructions

  • Melt together butterscotch chips and margarine, stirring constantly.
  • Blend the following into the butterscotch mixture; flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and eggs.
  • While the mixture is still warm (Celine puts it in the microwave and warms it…I left it on the burner on low heat)add chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9×13 pan. Must let cool before being able to cut cleanly.
  • REALLY YUM!
