Chunky Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 sm. pkg instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cookie crusts purchased
  • 2-4 bananas depending upon size. 4 if small, 2 if large
  • cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • honey roasted peanuts

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix, water, sweetened condensed mil. Mix well.
  • Blend in peanut butter and place in the refrigerator to chill for a few minutes
  • In another bowl, whip 1 cup of cream until soft peaks form. Fold into the pudding mixture and return to the refrigerator
  • Slice bananas and layer on bottom of crusts. Be sure to save the plastic pie crust lids
  • Divide the pudding mixture between the two pie crusts.
  • Whip the remaining cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, then spread on top of two pies.
  • Close each with a plastic pie crust lid and refrigerate for several hours.
