Chocolate Fudgels

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chocolate chips
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Butter a 8 inch square dish and set aside. 
  • Melt your chocolate chips (I use the microwave…just make sure not to burn it). 
  • In a saucepan, or medium microwaveable bowl, combine milk & marshmallows.  Heat & stir until marshmallows are melted.  Using a wooden spoon, stir in the vanilla. 
  • Pour over the melted chocolate and stir well. 
  • Scrape into your buttered pan and refrigerate for about 1 hour. 
  • Cut into 1 inch square pieces.

Notes

This is a cross between truffles and fudge.  You can dip them in chocolate if you want to.
