Chocolate Fudgels
Ingredients
- 1 lb chocolate chips
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Butter a 8 inch square dish and set aside.
- Melt your chocolate chips (I use the microwave…just make sure not to burn it).
- In a saucepan, or medium microwaveable bowl, combine milk & marshmallows. Heat & stir until marshmallows are melted. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the vanilla.
- Pour over the melted chocolate and stir well.
- Scrape into your buttered pan and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Cut into 1 inch square pieces.
Notes
This is a cross between truffles and fudge. You can dip them in chocolate if you want to.
