Sweet and Sour Beef Jerky

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • cup brown sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic crushed

Instructions

  • Marinate meat and then dry in a food dehydrator.
