Quick Pizza’s

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 1 jar Pizza sauce
  • Mexican cheese shredded
  • toppings: pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, etc

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 500º
  • Use your Skookie skillet (or line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil) do not spray skillet, but you may rub it with a little vegetable oil if you are afraid it might stick.  Take 3 or 4 prepared biscuit dough and line the bottom of the pan, pressing them flat and together so you cannot see the bottom of the pan.
  • Top with your pizza sauce, shredded cheese and desired toppings.  Bake at 500º for 10-12 min.
