Swiss Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6-8 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices ham slices
  • Italian style breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  • Place thawed chicken in a 9 X 13 baking dish.  Put Swiss cheese and ham on top of chicken. 
  • Mix sour cream and soup and pour over top.  Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. 
  • Cover with foil and bake for 2 to 2½ hours.  Serve over rice.
