Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken breast (or favorite pieces)

Mix together and set aside:

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic smashed and minced

Instructions

  • Soak chicken in salt water (1 tsp salt & water to cover chicken) for at least 2 hours in fridge
  • Remove chicken and drain.
  • Dip chicken in ½ c melted butter and then in breadcrumb mixture. 
  • Put on a rack in a cake pan. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes for boneless chicken (bone-in will need a few extra minutes.)
