Parmesan Chicken

- 12 chicken breast (or favorite pieces)
Mix together and set aside:
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ⅔ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic smashed and minced
Soak chicken in salt water (1 tsp salt & water to cover chicken) for at least 2 hours in fridge
Remove chicken and drain.
Dip chicken in ½ c melted butter and then in breadcrumb mixture.
Put on a rack in a cake pan. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes for boneless chicken (bone-in will need a few extra minutes.)
