Emily’s Favorite Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • flour
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Soak chicken breast in evaporated milk overnight
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Coat milk-soaked chicken in flour (I usually season my flour with Lawry's seasoning salt) and brown it in a frying pan with Olive Oil.
  •  Place chicken in a baking dish (I usually use a 9X13).
  • Mix brown sugar and soy sauce together and pour over the chicken.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and then turn the chicken over. Bake another 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with rice and Teriyaki sauce.
