Chicken Divan

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • lbs frozen broccoli cooked
  • ½ cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 can Cream of Celery soup
  • ½ cup half and half
  • 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Put chicken and broccoli in a buttered casserole dish. 
  • Mix butter and bread crumbs together.  Sprinkle on top of chicken and broccoli. 
  • In a saucepan, heat soup, half & half, cheese & lemon juice together.  Remove from heat and mix in mayonnaise.  Pour sauce over chicken, broccoli. 
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.  Cover and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with rice
