Barbecued Chicken

- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ – 1 cup water depending on ketchup thickness
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ med onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
Use chicken breasts or tenders and dip each piece of chicken into sauce. Layer each piece in a pan.(only one layer so they will cook evenly)
Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for at least one hour. Keep in warm oven until time to serve.
