Pasta Al Forno (Pasta in the Oven)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pasta penne, tube pasta or rigatoni
  • 1 lb mozzarella shredded
  • 1 sm. pkg. peas add to sauce
  • parmesan grated
  • sauce in recipe section

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, cook pasta (not mushy, ~7-9 min). 
  • Then take a casserole dish and spread a little sauce on bottom, add 1-2 ladles of pasta, 1 ladle of sauce (just enough to lightly cover each pasta on top) sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella on top. 
  • Repeat layers until pasta is gone and end with sauce and cheeses on top. 
  • Put in a 350 oven for a few minutes to heat through.
