Pasta Al Forno (Pasta in the Oven)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pasta penne, tube pasta or rigatoni
- 1 lb mozzarella shredded
- 1 sm. pkg. peas add to sauce
- parmesan grated
- sauce in recipe section
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, cook pasta (not mushy, ~7-9 min).
- Then take a casserole dish and spread a little sauce on bottom, add 1-2 ladles of pasta, 1 ladle of sauce (just enough to lightly cover each pasta on top) sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella on top.
- Repeat layers until pasta is gone and end with sauce and cheeses on top.
- Put in a 350 oven for a few minutes to heat through.
