Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

  • 5 cups fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup fruit juice concentrate
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  • Mash 2 cups of berries.
  • Combine juice concentrate with cornstarch and water and pour into mashed fruit. Heat to boiling. Stirring constantly.
  • Fill pie crust with remaining whole berries. Pour glaze over top.
  • Chill. Delicious with a grape nut crust.
