Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers can use chocolae graham crackers too
  • 2 small pkgs instant vanilla pudding can substitute chocolate pudding
  • 1 12 oz. cool whip
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can chocolate frosting can substitute chocolate ganache

Instructions

  • Mix pudding and milk until well blended
  • Fold in Cool whip
  • In 9×13 cake pan, layer graham crackers, half of pudding mix, then layer of graham crackers then add remaining pudding mix add final layer of graham crackers
  • If using canned frosting, microwave for about 15 seconds so it spreads more easily. If using homemade ganache, pour over crackers while it is still runny, not hot though.
  • Refrigerate over night or for at least 2 hours.
