Better Than Anything Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 8 oz cool whip
  • 1 jar caramel ice cream topping I like Mrs. Richardson's
  • ½ cup toffee chips

Instructions

  • Prepare and bake cake according to direction on package. Cool 15 min.
  • Poke top of warm cake every ½ inch with handle of wooden spoon.
  • Drizzle condensed milk evenly over top of cake; let stand until absorbed.
  • Drizzle with caramel topping. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Spread with whipped topping and then sprinkle with toffee chips. Store in fridge.
